Partnership type
Agency Partner. An authorized agency or distributor is an office that sells other financial services such as an insurance agency, accounting, multi services company, consulting firm, wealth management or other B2B companies that cater to business owners or that want to cater to business owners and expand existing services by adding business financing.

Ideal for
Existing financial service operations who want to expand their financial product line and offer business financing to existing
clients and or capture new clients. Ideal offices: tax offices, business insurance agencies, commercial realty, multi-services,
business consultants.

Requirements
We will evaluate each partnership on case by case basis. We prefer and require:
● A physical office store front or office setting
● Have existing business clients or want to obtain business clients
● Preferably have 100 business clients or more
● Assign an internal person or owner to work with 1 or 2 of our internal agents assigned to your office
● Must be willing to place signage of Lendinero, as an authorized agency in office

Compensation, earnings, commissions and stocks
Our revenue sharing plan for agencies range from 30% to 70% of gross earnings on the majority of our financing programs. Some
programs have earning limitations due to regulations. Aside from receiving earnings for each transaction, we match your earnings
with stocks. You will own part of our company as a restrictive share holder.
We give agencies 3 months to become certified with us. You as the owner of your agency can take the exam or assign someone from your office to take the exam to get an Agency Certification.
Also, we request a brief marketing assessment to determine how we can create a profitable business lending agency with you by conducting joint press releases, joint social media, co-marketing and more.
We have an initial fee for agencies of $500. This includes (1) office signage (2) a press release (3) your own landing page and
(4) we waive the $99 per month fee for the first 6 months to access our advanced training portal, marketing materials and more. In you agreement just mark No for the advanced training. We will give you access. (5) This includes training and working side by side with one of our in-house agents who is experienced. The assigned in-house agent will help you or the person assigned from your office with prospects, clients, processing deals, underwriting, presenting offers and closing transactions.

Upon registration you will receive a formal compensation agreement and detailed instructions on training, fast start training and you will be assigned to an internal team member or two members of our internal team who you will work with side by side.
