Referral agent. A referral agent is someone who just refers a potential client to us. All you need to do is provide the name of the business owner, email, cellular/WhatsApp and any basic information about a business owner that is seeking capital for their business.
Ideal for
B2B professionals and financial service professionals who deal with business owners on a day to day basis but do not have the time to convert into a Business Funding Advisor or run a Business funding agency but want to earn commissions for those contacts who seek business funding. Ideal for realtors, mortgage brokers, bankers, insurance agents, B2B sales, equipment AEs, and any professional selling to businesses. You are focused on what you know best. You don´´t have the time to qualify business owners, explain business financing programs, obtain loan documents, review offers, deal with underwriting and take care of closing conditions. We handle all of that and for referring you will earn commissions with us. Also, anyone that wants to make additional income but does not possess the knowledge and skills as a business funding advisor. You want to earn additional income but you do not have the technical and finance knowledge. By referring business owners that seek financing you can earn additional income.
Requirements
None. There is no requirements to become a referral agent with us.
Compensation, earnings, commissions and stocks
We will pay you 1% to 2% of the loan amount funded. We pay referral agents from 1% to 2% based on volume. Example: If you refer us a business owner and we fund a $200,000 loan 1% = $2,000 (your payout). We will issue 3% in stocks in this case it would be $6,000. 1% to 2% is for all funding programs, excluding SBA loans. On SBA loans we pay out only 1% due to fee regulations by SBA.
